New Paintings
This winter and spring I’m at work on a new group of oil paintings based on things I’ve seen and noted with either photographs or watercolors or both. I tend to talk to myself while I paint, and the paintings look a bit the way I sound, “the sky came DOWN, and the green was bright, more yellow. The blue reflected all over the place.” In a way, these are word paintings.
